Located in Liaoshen Village in Dapo Town in Cangwu County, 30 kilometers from the urban area of Wuzhou, it is a key cultural site under national protection. Li Jishen (1885-1959) used to be the chairman of Revolutionary Committee of Chinese Kuomintang, and later assumed the position of vice chairman of the First Central People’s Government of China. His former residence is a quadrangle with walls on all sides and four-angle blockhouses. Behind the courtyard there are green trees and beautiful scenery. The former Residence is a perfect combination of Chinese and Western architectural styles.
